Susan and I had the pleasure of participating in the 7 day program in October 2005. From the moment we arrived at the elegant Villa and met Carmen we truly felt like long lost family and we knew that this was to be a magical week. I must say that even with these high expectations, Carmen and the staff did not disappoint.

The lessons were filled with laughter and lots of wine, yet were instructional and professional. And after each lesson we were treated to our own creations, elegantly served in the manner of a 5 star restaurant.

The excursions were well organized and were SO much fun! Everything seemed so effortless.

And, of course “Pizza and Karaoke Night” was a highlight of the week. Listening to “Hotel California” will never be the same!

Thank you, Carmen. We are looking forward to seeing you and your staff when we return in April 2011.

My husband and I spent our 25th Anniversary at the Oasi Olimpia in Sept/10 My husband researched several cooking schools in Italy and chose La Cucina del Gusto – this cooking school had everything that we were looking for on this vacation. It proved to be an outstanding decision – we spend the most amazing week at La Cucina del Gusto. We got to know Carmen and the rest of the staff very well and they made us feel as part of their family. Carmen’s passion for cooking is evident! She was in her element sharing and teaching us the recipes that she learned from her mom.
Carmen, we loved your school and will be making the delicious dishes that you taught us! We hope to be back to see you in the near future.
