
This program is a full immersion in the Amalfi Coast way of life! You will visit a local farm for your own fresh produce, cook up a feast with our chef Carmen and enjoy private guided tours of Pompeii, Capri and Amalfi Coast.

Sample itinerary – 7 days
Day 1
Transfer from Naples airport or railway station to the enchanting Oasi Olimpia Relais. At your arrival we will shown you your room and you will have free time to relax or explore the nice village of Sant’Agata. Enjoy the Welcome dinner at Restaurant Villa Oasi.
Day 2
Your second day starts with a great breakfast. In the morning visit of a local farm where the owners produce mozzarella cheese and olive oil. Free taste of cheese, limoncello and olive oil. Typical lunch. Back to Oasi Olimpia Relais. A couple of hours will be at your disposal to relax. At 05:00 p.m. first cooking class with Chef Carmen.
At the end of the class dinner at the elegant Resort Restaurant with all the courses prepared.
Day 3
Your third day starts with a great breakfast. Today you have a wonderful trip to Capri. The Blue Grotto, the Faraglioni, Anacapri, Monte Solaro are just few of the natural attractions to be found here. The incomparable beauty offered by nature, art and history can be never forgotten. Lunch on your own. Return at the hotel at around 16.00. At 17.00 p.m your second cooking class, followed by dinner with wine.
Day 4
Great buffet breakfast. At about 09:30 a.m. departure to the enchanting Amalfi Coast. The driver will take you to Ravello, a panoramic town located at an elevation of 1100 ft above the sea. Here you will have some free time. We suggest you to visit Villa Rufolo. It bears the name of the family which created it and it is a perfect synthesis of Arabic, Sicilian and Norman architecture. Lunch on your own. The tour continues to Positano, one of the pearls of our coast. Its picturesque position, mild climate and natural beauties have made it a very popular tourist centre. Free time for shopping. Back to Oasi Olimpia Relais- Tonight you will have dinner in an exclusive selected restaurant of the area.
Day 5
After a leisurely breakfast, you have your third morning class at 9.30 with lunch. Free afternoon maybe to explore sorrento.
Dinner on your own.
Day 6
Buffet breakfast. At 10.30 appointment in the kitchen to make our pizza dough in only 30minutes. At 11.30 departure for a pasta factory visit with lunch. On the way you will stop also to a chocolate factory. Return at the hotel at around 04.00 . free time until pizza time.
Day 7
Buffet breakfast. Departure from Oasi Olimpia Relais to Naples airport or railway station.
