This program is a full immersion in the Amalfi Coast way of life! You will visit a local farm for your own fresh produce, cook up a feast with our chef Carmen and enjoy private guided tours of Pompeii, Capri and Amalfi Coast.

Your luxury accommodation for this culinary escape is situated in S. Agata due Golfi, overlooking both the Gulf of Salerno and the Gulf of Naples, enjoying one of the most panoramic positions of the Sorrento Coast.

Sample itinerary – 7 days

Day 1

  • Pickup from the Naples airport or train station
  • Arrival at the charming Oasi Olimpia Relais where you check in to your deluxe room
  • Time on your own. If you are not jet-lagged, you may wish to take a short walk into Sant’Agata
  • Welcome dinner at the hotel’s elegant restaurant, Villa Oasi, enjoying a superb dinner of local cuisine

Day 2

Limoncello

  • A lovely buffet breakfast awaits you
  • In the morning you will head to a local farm, where they have been producing top quality olive oil for years, and mozzarella cheese . A light lunch including this wonderfully fresh cheese follows, along with a tasting of olive oil and the tasty limoncello liqueur. Return to the hotel for an afternoon of relaxation
  • This evening at 5:00 PM, your first cooking lesson with Chef Carmen, followed by dinner based on your culinary efforts with wine

Day 3

Capri

  • Fantastic buffet breakfast. 10.30 second cooking class. Packed lunch prepared from Chef Carmen
  • 12.30 pickup to enjoy an excursion to the enchanting Amalfi Coast.
  • Free time for shopping and leisure
  • Return to the hotel for a bit of relaxation before dinner based on your morning culinary efforts with wine

Day 4

Ravello

  • Buffet breakfast
  • At 10 am departure for Winery Visit with wine tasting and lunch
  • Return at the hotel
  • 7.30 departure from Oasi to have a dinner in a charming local restaurant 

Day 5

Correale Museum of Terranova

  • Buffet Breakfast
  • Today will be a full-day visit to the enchanting isle of Capri, weathering permitting
  • Today’s lunch will be on your own
  • 6 pm pizza class (30 minutes making dough – 1 hour waiting for raising)
  • 8 pizza dinner 

Day 6

  • Buffet breakfast . 10.00 am third cooking class with lunch to follow based on your efforts
  • Afternoon on your own. Perhaps take an optional tour to Pompeii (for an additional transportation cost)
  • Dinner on your own

Day 7

  • Breakfast and departure from the hotel to the Naples airport or train station

Extra for junior suite accommodation:
