SorrentoOur 4-nights golden cooking package offers the unique opportunity to discover the beautiful Amalfi Coast and its flavours, while relaxing in an ancient renovated 19th colonial house, with its own garden and pool area.

Nestled in the lush countryside of the Sorrento Coast, overlooking the Gulf of Naples, Oasi Olimpia Relais produces all the herbs and vegetables used in the fabulous dishes you will prepare, providing an unforgettable venue in which to relax, enjoy hand on cooking classes and delightful dining.

Sample itinerary – 5 days

DAY 1

Guests will be picked up by us at the Naples airport or railway. Upon arrival guests are shown to their rooms and made comfortable. Free time to relax or explore the nice village of  Sant’Agata. In the evening dinner is served in the elegant restaurant Villa Oasi.

DAY 2

Limoncello Your second day starts with a great breakfast. In the morning visit of a local farm where the owners produce mozzarella cheese and olive oil. Free taste of cheese, limoncello and olive oil. Typical Lunch. Back to Oasi Olimpia Relais.

A couple of hours will be at your disposal to relax. At 05:00 p.m. first cooking class with Chef Carmen. At the end of the class dinner at the Resort Restaurant with all the courses prepared.

DAY 3

Capri Buffet breakfast. This morning is dedicated to explore Capri. Thanks to a professional tour guide you will be introduced to this charming island. Lunch at your own. Back to Sorrento and at about 16:30 your second cooking class with Chef Carmen, followed by dinner.

DAY 4

Ravello Great buffet breakfast. At about 09:30 a.m. departure to the divine Amalfi Coast. Your private driver will take you to Ravello, a panoramic town located at an elevation of 1100 ft above the sea. Here you will have some free time.

We suggest you to visit Villa Rufolo. It bears the name of the family which created it and it is a perfect synthesis of Arabic, Sicilian and Norman architecture. Lunch on your own.

The tour continues to Positano, one of the pearls of our coast. Its picturesque position, mild climate and natural beauties have made it a very popular tourist centre. Free time for shopping. Back to Oasi Olimpia Relais. Tonight you will have dinner in an exclusive selected restaurant of the area.

DAY 5

Leisurely buffet breakfast at your disposal. Transfer from the enchanting Oasi Olimpia Relais to Naples airport or railway station.
